I was on a plane (hence the lack of posts, sorry about that), and decided I should draw a Macejaw dragon from memory for some reason. Between the time since I last drew one (nigh on six months ago) and the somewhat revised anatomy I was fiddling with, I don’t feel like I really got there:
Oddly (or not) enough, to this day I still crib from the second sketch I ever did of the male Macejaw some six years ago because it (by which I mean the sketches on the right side) still works in my opinion (and I was trying to remember how the teeth worked, but I didn’t do that so well), though there’s probably some issue about how the mouth could open like that, but I’m working on it. Kind of.
