Aunt Esther Anderson: [after being insulted by Fred] Who you calling ugly, suckah?
Fred G. Sanford: I’m calling you ugly. I could stick your face in some dough and make some gorilla cookies!

I just kind of started scribbling around and drew an ugly dragon tonight. Not Ugly Bob ugly, but it lacks the smooth lines and elegant curves that so many of you have come to know and love, oh legions of adoring fans…. </sarcasm>
Partway through, I wasn’t sure what I was drawing, exactly. I also rediscovered my dislike for drawing scales- they never seem to look right, unless you’re totally willing to commit and cover the thing in them, which I rarely ever am. A few here and there add texture and depth, but as far as I’ve been able to figure out, they just start to look strange if they’re in little clumps, like the dragon is missing scales everywhere else as opposed to having them in places. Bah.
