So I started drawing and found myself pretty much just drawing a Quetzalcoatlus. The simplest, though possibly not the most elegant solution was to put arms on it.
It was good. The silhouette is probably unlike any dragon to date, though it could probably do with a bit of poking at. However, as I was scanning it, I felt that it needed something, mostly texture, but I couldn’t think of what to do- I had at first thought of drawing a furry dragon tonight, but that didn’t go over well, and I didn’t want to cover this one in scales.
So I pondered it for a bit and then did this, which I liked well enough to show you. The limbs could probably use something as well, but it’s still an improvement over the simple line treatment:
