Got together with some friends I hadn;t seen in awhile to play Commander. The Dragon deck made an appearance, and once again, Utvara Hellkite nearly stole the show.
I didn’t have 6/6 Dragon tokens, so I grabbed the nearest token I could, which happened to be this token from Unglued.
When this comes swinging through the air at you, probably two-thirds of the damage is pure cognitive dissonance.
I realized partway through my turn that I really ought to have dragon tokens by now, and lamented the fact that I never got around to making them.
So instead of drawing something to use as a token on the long train ride home from Bay Ridge, I instead drew this, which was probably a lot more fun:
