Still thinking about those wings on that currently unnamed snake-bodied wyvern. Haven’t come up with anything yet.
“My first impulse is to make the wings like “big, beefy arms,” but the majority of the lift/thrust would come from the chest, as far as I understand it, and additional arm mass is just additional weight.
At the same time, probably looks more like those muscular wings belong on that dragon.”
Artist’s Note: I got so caught up in trying to figure out the wings that I forgot to draw the forelimbs. Sigh. Also, I’m pretty sure that I crammed the wings in there, and made them too small. Double Sigh.
