So, as you might have been aware, I just came back from vaction about a week ago. Well, due to the vagaries of my life, I’m taking an impromptu (non-business) trip on Thursday (I’ll be back on Friday), though it feels like I only just put my suitcase away.
That’s based on a suitcase I actually own, in case you were wondering, because I’m sure you were.
Clearly, I won’t need the suitcase for a trip lasting just over 36 hours, but it’s the principle of the thing. I’m excited to be going because I’ll be seeing some people I don’t normally get to, but I was also just getting used to being home again.
I think it’s at least part of the vacation I felt that I needed from my vacation.
