In a conversation about a much-hyped but almost too-subtly-flavored-to-be-really-considered-dessert Boston Cream Pie, I discovered that the chocolate frosting on a Boston Cream Pie is actually called “ganache.”
So, a couple of laughs later, the thought of a ganche dragon came up. While I didn’t make the dragon out of the chocolatey substance, I did this instead:
