I tried cleaning up last week’s red dragon, though there were a few stumbling blocks along the way, most of them are things that I’ve mentioned before, so I won’t go into them now, just show you the progress for tonight:

It’s a lot cleaner in spots and the texture brush is probably a step in a (if not the) right direction, but this piece still has a long way to go before it’s close to where it needs to be.
