I tried to get a little creative with the proportions of the facial features- the very small mouth and overlarge eye, mainly. There probably could have been more rows of spikes, in hindsight.

My pen gave me sass towards the end and I couldn’t quite get the smoke I wanted, and I forgot how to draw spiral horns, but it’s not awful:
